SUMMARY:Rusk\, Hunter and Southwest Hunter
DESCRIPTION:This hike will be an ambitious loop of Rusk\, Hunter\, and Southwest Hunter Mountains. We’ll find the canisters on Rust and Southwest Hunter and visit the fire tower on Hunter Mountain. We’ll need to move at a moderate to brisk pace to complete this hike of 12 miles with over 3700 feet of elevation gain. This hike is for strong hikers in good shape. \n\n\n\nThis hike is being presented in conjunction with the Adirondack Mountain Club and the Catskill 3500 Club. We strongly encourage you to consider joining these worthy organizations. \n\n\n\nContact Ed to reserve your spot on this challenging hike.
