The Catskill Social Series on March 7 takes us to the breathtaking views from Giant Ledge and Panther Mountain. Panther Mountain is one of the four required winter hikes for Catskill 3500 Club membership. This classic winter hike covers 6.5 miles with 2000 feet of elevation gain to the 3724 foot summit. Snowshoes and spikes are required.
This hike is being presented in conjunction with the Adirondack Mountain Club and the Catskill 3500 Club. We strongly encourage you to consider joining these worthy organizations.
