Our free club hike event on October 22 will take us to the summits of Balsam and Eagle Mountains in the Catskills. With a little luck there may still be some fall color remaining at the lower elevations, although higher up will probably be into “stick season”. This is a strenuous hike with 2800 feet of elevation gain over 10 miles.
This hike is being presented in conjunction with the Catskill 3500 Club and the Adirondack Mountain Club. We strongly encourage you to join one or both of these clubs.
