This all-day hike includes a combination of bushwhacking and trails on a loop of Millbrook Ridge and Balsam Lake Mountain. The total hike is 9 miles with 2400 feet of elevation gain. The bushwhack portion is steep. We will hike at a moderate to quick pace. A short car shuttle will be required.
This hike is being presented in conjunction with the Adirondack Mountain Club and the Catskill 3500 Club. We strongly encourage you to consider joining these worthy organizations.
